• Clean the coil

• Replace or clean the filter

• Clean the fan wheel on the indoor unit

• Check electrical components

• Run the unit's diagnostics (if available)

Cooling tune-up (central AC and heat pumps)

• Clean the coil

• Replace or clean the filter

• Clean the fan wheel on the indoor unit

• Clear the condensate drain

• Clean debris out of the outdoor unit

• Test run the unit and adjust subcooling and superheat where it applies

• Run the unit's diagnostics (if available)
